I recently came across this website on treehugger.com referencing websites for green consumers to narrow specific search for properties that index green criteria

Another good one is listedgreen.com which offers a clear break down the elements of what makes a home greener.
In Canada, check out Ecoproperties.ca. Hopefully multiple listing services in Canadian cities will soon catch up to the demands.
