Urban Infill Project: CUBE LOFTs

Published 01 April 08 03:57 PM | Anne Lok

Cube loft is one of the latest proposal in multi-residential urban infill development in Little Italy. It is the resurrection of the failed N-Blox project inspired by a New York Development. The orginal N-Blox version below definitely has a cool factor designed by RAW Design (http://www.rawdesign.ca/), however, was too overpriced for the Toronto market.

This non-homogenous structure was sold out in a few hours. Each loft unit has it's unique layout, some being double height. The structure is located at the edgy Little Italy strip layered amongst the existing historic fabric.
